Chemical PU injection for waterproofing and soil stabilization

Injectable PU resins are low-viscosity liquid systems injected under pressure into cracks, fissures, voids and degraded zones of concrete, rock or masonry structures. They react and either expand or solidify in-situ, sealing water leaks, stabilizing cracked structures, consolidating weak soils and filling structural voids. Typical applications: leak sealing in tunnels, dams, subway stations, basements; soil stabilization at foundations; rock consolidation in mines and underground works; structural repair of cracked beams and slabs; injection into old building fissures. Two main families: hydrophilic (expand 3 to 40 times on water contact, ideal for active leaks) and hydrophobic (do not react with water, form rigid foam — ideal for dry voids). High-strength structural systems are used in applications where injection must restore load-bearing capacity.
