Structural adhesives for electronics
What it is
Component bonding in miniaturized electronic devices (smartphones, wearables, IoT sensors) uses specific 2K PU adhesives with controlled cure. They compete with acrylic and epoxy adhesives in applications where flexibility and shock resistance are requirements.
The PU technology applied here is typically 2k pu for miniature, selected for the combination of mechanical, chemical and processing properties suitable for the application.
